I am proud of myself! Yesterday after an offsite work meeting, I really wanted to stop at Chick Fil-A on my way back to the office. I was starving and it sounded really good. I called my husband to tell him that I wanted to stop and he said "Go for it!" Not the support I was looking for! I was so tempted, but kept driving and went back and ate the healthy lunch that I had packed instead. That was a big accomplishment for me.
I am still struggling with snacking when I am at home in the evenings. It is just old habit to grab something out of the kitchen to snack on while I am walking through. One of my goals is to stop snacking as much when I am at home in the evenings. I think I will try brushing my teeth right after dinner so I won't eat anymore!
