Well, one week has gone by and I am doing ok at this lifestyle change.  I am finding it hard to get out of my pregnancy eating mentality.  That I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and just lose the weight later.  I am working on it though.  Trying to make healthier eating choices and plan ahead what I am going to eat for the day, week, month, etc.  Working out has been going well.  It just takes time out away from my family.  I am trying not to weigh myself every day as it can get discouraging...
