3 Weeks
I have 3 weeks to lose 1.6 lbs to meet the 5% goal in order to stay in the competition. Time to really buckle down and focus! I can do this!
I have been enjoying running with my sister this past week. We are running a 5K in May together so we are making sure we can do it now before the race! It gives a chance to talk and catch up. Plus we are getting excercise in. This morning we met at 5:15am and ran 3.15 miles! So proud of her for running the whole time!
