2 more weeks
There are a little less than 2 weeks until the next weigh in. I am kind of at a stand still with my weight loss. I need to focus and kick it into gear! I am working remote today at home and that is the hardest place for me to be eating wise. I have food at my disposal all day long. I am going to try and eat if I was at work and work out this morning at the Y. I know I can meet my 5% goal - I just have to set my mind to it!
