I did it!
I did it! I made it past the 5% weigh in with pounds to spare! Overall, I am down 11lbs from when the competition started. I will take that! Now I just need to keep it up. My sister and I are going to run our first 5K together on Sunday. This will be her first and my 3rd. We are ready (except that I fell on our run today and destroyed my knee). I am so proud of her! Not only are we running on Sunday, but we just signed up for another 5K in June. Maybe we should set a new target of a 5 mile run or a half marathon...
